I really think it is almost like a "dry" oil in the way it soaks in and doesn't feel greasy. I am so-so on the scent tho, but I think it is because it tends to mix with the scent of whatever body wash I have just used. I think if I just applied it to dry skin later, it wouldn't be a problem.
