Polish & Co. Nail Polish Review
Nails, Reviews - July 26th, 2012

I don’t write about nail polish enough. I have a ton, and I love to shop for the stuff, but somehow it doesn’t get enough love on the blog. I’m definitely going to try to do better in the future! Today’s review is for Polish & Co., a North Carolina based company specializing in fun, flattering colors for all skin tones.

Polish & Co. nail polishes are formaldehyde, toluene, and DBP free. The formula is a thinner consistency, but not too thin or watery. It applies really easily, and two coats gives a perfect, opaque coverage. I tried two shades, Shi Krazy, a blue-teal color, and Code 9, more of a darker blue.

Code 9 is a great color. It’s like a darker cornflower blue, almost navy. It has a really pretty glossy finish.

Shi-Krazy is a pretty teal blue color. This picture shows just a single coat – it’s quite opaque and applies without streaks or weirdness! It also has a great, glossy finish.

The polishes have good wear. I’m going on a week now with minimal tip wear and no chipping. Overall, I think the polishes are really pretty, and the color palette is great. At $12 each, they are priced in line with other high-end polishes. Overall, I give Polish & Co. two thumbs up!
